History

The origins of HVC Ltd date back to 1952, when JVC Ltd was founded by Mr. Jean Vaulbert de Chantilly. JVC Ltd was one of the pioneers of commercial goods trade in Mauritius and has carried on its development throughout the years. It is now known as HVC Ltd, and is led by a 3rd generation member of the family, Mr. Henri Vaulbert de Chantilly.

Expansion of portfoilio into multiple categories: Food, Households, Cosmetics, Beverages and Alcohol 2008



HVC Ltd diversifies its operations with investments into its own manufacturing and bottling plant2017



2019/2020

HVC Ltd takes over the activities of SAFFRA Ltd and Mango Trade and Services Ltd. HVC Ltd also takes over the distribution of rum products from Litchquor Ltd on the Mauritian market.
